How do I pay you?
We use Square Appointments to keep track of orders and payments. Be sure to click the option to save your card on file the first time you book an appointment. Your debit/credit card will be charged once we have finished shopping for your order and you will receive a receipt by email/text.
Are there any hidden fees?
There will never be any hidden fees. You always pay in-store prices for your items, including sales and promotions, plus the Shopping and Delivery Fee. Tips/gratuity are always appreciated, but never required unless you feel my service is deserving of them.
At what stores can you shop?
We can shop at any store that accepts Visa/Mastercard. If you don't see the store you want in the list, simply contact me and we can get it added for you.
Can you go to several stores for one order?
Absolutely! We're more than happy to shop at multiple stores for one delivery fee. Simply include that in your appointment and on your list, we'll take it from there.
How far in advance do I need to place an order?
You can book your delivery appointment as far in advance as you'd like (up to 365 days) which comes in handy if you want the same day/time every week or so. You must book at least 4 hours in advance. If you need same day service, please contact us and we will see what we can fit into the schedule.
Can I tip in cash?
Of course! You have the option to add gratuity when you place your order, add a tip through a link on your receipt once your order is completed, or tip in cash if you prefer. While tips/gratuity are always appreciated, they are never required.
How do I send you my list?
The best way to create a list, especially for multiple stores, is by using the AnyList app or website . We can share the list so we both can see what's there and you can even follow along as we shop your order. To share AnyList, please contact us so we can get you set up. If you prefer, you can send us your list in the easiest way for you: text, email, a picture of a handwritten list, screenshots of a list from another app, etc.
Can you deliver non-grocery items?
For the most part, we can deliver anything you'd like, grocery or non-grocery. This excludes large items such as appliances or lumber, alcoholic beverages, prescription medications, and tobacco products.
What if the store does not have items I requested?
We will always do my best to find every item on your list. If we cannot find one, we will contact you for substitutions, including prices and sizes. If we're unable to find a suitable substitution, we are more than happy to try another store to find everything on your list.
How will I know you're on your way for delivery?
We will always stay in communication with you during your shop and will give you an estimated time of arrival after we've finished shopping and am on my way to deliver your items
